Once your payment is complete the CD key(s) will be sent via your registered email address that you used to register with Code Vault. That’s why it’s important to ensure your email address is correct so you receive your code without delay! 

It will also be displayed on your order confirmation page.

Yes! We stock various console accessories, trading card games and accessories and other popular merchandise. If there is something you have in mind but we don’t have it then feel free to send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

We will post your item(s) using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for orders over £100 or an equivalent service from one of the other leading delivery companies such as Evri or Yodel for orders under £100.

Items will be posted the same working day (Mon – Fri) if ordered before 2 p.m and should arrive within 2-4 working days.

Once your order has been depatched you will recieve an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
